As with other comments - the side don't hold up and fold flat when my puppy's in it. Sentba query as to what needs to be done and haven't heard back after 3 days. Not impressed

Unfortunately not as advertised. Folds in on itself as the edges are not straight. Team also has very slow delivery times and very long wait times for responses. I have since found other brands for cheaper than advertised here as well.
