How much is shipping ?
We offer free shipping worldwide when you spend over $45 AUD (approximately US $33). If you spend less than this shipping is calculated by region. We are very competitive with our shipping prices so we believe you will find our shipping prices more than fair.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries in the World. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, drop as an email at info@thepamperedpet.com.au
Do you have any retail stores around the World?
No, we are an online business only. This means that we don't pay any money for shop rental meaning we can provide quality products at the best prices.
How do I know which size my dog might need?
Each product is always accompanied by a size chart. We always recommend taking special note of this and measuring your dog accordingly. We also always recommend going for a size up (especially with slim fit) if you're not sure. A little too big is better than being too small when it comes to animal garments/products. We will try our best for each product to offer advice around sizing and if you have any questions around this then you can always email us once again at info@thepamperedpet.com.au but please note that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure they have the right size for their dog.
What is your refund policy?

How long approximately does shipping take?
We are generally able to process your order within 5 business days of receiving it, meaning it can be sent quickly. As we only use a standard style of shipping, shipping times may vary due to location. Shipping to Australian locations generally takes 6-18 business days. Some bulk orders may be shipped in separate packages (at no extra cost to you) and may arrive at different times. This is due to having suppliers from all around the World.
